Rules & Requirements
Applicants
Organizations are asked to submit their cause/charity/organization’s information or event by filling out this registration form
In order to better serve as many organizations as possible, we ask each organization to submit only one event per year
Applicants will submit contact person’s name, organization’s name, website, address, email address, and logo/image/flyer of event (with a 1MB limit)
In the description of the event, please indicate how we can contribute to the event (attendance, participation, donation, financial sponsor, judge, etc.)
Applicants need to submit only once to be listed in our directory
*PLEASE* Indicate if this is a closed event, we would like to promote on our page about your event.
Selection Process
Organizations will be selected based on availability and at the discretion of the One Hour Team
Regardless of whether we can help, we will be happy to help get the word out
Those event organizers will be contacted to coordinate participation
